Packing Logic

Export Packing Should Match the Product, Route and Buyer’s Receiving Method

Steel packing is not only about wrapping the material. Buyers need the goods to arrive in a condition suitable for unloading, warehouse receiving, customs clearance and downstream use.

Packing method should be confirmed according to product form, weight, surface requirement, loading method, destination route and buyer’s handling equipment. Wrong packing can cause rust, deformation, edge damage, missing labels or unloading difficulty.

  • Confirm packing method before order: coil, bundle, pallet, wooden reel, steel frame or container loading method.
  • Use suitable protection for steel surface, edges, pipe ends, coil edges, rebar bundles and wire product packaging.
  • Prepare shipping marks, labels, tags, loading photos and packing documents according to buyer requirements.
  • Coordinate packing with MTC, packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin and inspection documents when needed.
